Default Pcv routing help

Hi guys, I have a gen 4 iron 6.2 and using a truck l92 intake I want suggestions on routing my pcv i have the valley cover without the vent tube. I was planning on connecting the driver side valve cover to the passenger side valve cover vent, and then run a an10 billet oil valve cap fitting and run a hose into a catch can, and back into the tb or intake, or should I block off the outlet port?..

Does one valve cover have a small orifice? If so, that should be plumbed to manifold vacuum. Fumes should go thru the whole engine before going out thru there. The other valve cover should be connected to a metered (if using MAF) and filtered air source. Catch can is plumbed between orifice and manifold vacuum. Look up Mighty Mouse for catch can plumbing help.

If driver valve cover has the small orifice then from driver rear cover through a catch can then to the intake manifold. Passenger valve cover to the throttle body or air intake bellow between MAF and TB and your done.

I appreciate yall for the help and suggestions , the only reason I was asking about my routing is because I saw it on YouTube to help get rid of crank pressure and blowby but they didn't run a catch can just a hose out the back it was a pre runner race truck, and i was thinking if adding a catch can instead will be good for that setup.

Another way is to cap off the ports on the intake manifold and throttle body, remove the ports on the valve covers and weld 10AN male bungs to them and run a breather can. Now you do not have positive crankcase ventilation anymore and the blow by fumes and moisture is merely venting into the atmosphere. Now other than being more regulated-filtered can someone tell me what the benefits are for PCV and don't tell me ring seal because I've got say 15K miles on my LSX engine and don't have ring issues.

IMO the best way to deal with it would be to cap it all off and run a vacuum pump off the crankshaft and pull air through the crankcase via the oil fill cap or 10AN lines off the valve covers which is then ran to a can or reservoir which just so happens to have a breather to ventilate it all to the atmosphere.
