I don't know what to think of this intake....
@ 14.1 with CID heads .... IDK I've seen better or just as good Stock Cubed Ls3's

It was seen is all I can say....

If using a Plastic intake which Can't Feed 380+ cfm I guess it shouldn't...One can only use what's available ..... If ported what then or better intake used?

Go walking with a Straw then running with the straw while breathing...powers not in the TB...
Funny! If that's the case a 80mm TB would be all the rage.

Mr. H squared just ran his own intake shootout on IG between the BTR Trinity, LME dual, Hi Ram and Comp HR. BTR beat them all. 112mm t-body on the 3, I think dual 90's on the LME. The bigger throttle body debate most people do not really understand who/what/why some need/some don't. The short answer is it's all about air demand. If you have killer heads w/ a lot of airspeed w/ rpm and/or ci to match, then the demand is there to need more. Example, most LS3 combo's do not usually make more w/ bigger throttle bodes, even though on paper, it should. Low air speed + lots of internal volume overall is most likely why you never see gains. Any LS7 combo picks up immediately w/ a 102 or bigger, even stock. Cathedral set-ups benefit if the intake is not the choke point and the heads are serious.

5hp gained for $500 plus dollars for a 105 Holley TB? That is some expensive hp.

Here is an interesting link. C6 Z06 427 - looks like from wide valve covers those are the F710 heads. MSD vs. Trinity. For the street on this set up the MSD would be better. Crossover is at 6500 rpm.
