e38 pinout question

e38 pinout question So newb here. Been pouring through websites looking for an answer and keep coming up empty. i have a 2012 savana 3500 box truck using it for a engine and tranny donor for my swap. Im working on the harness and i have six wires left that i can not find on any pinout anywhere. engine is an l96 6.0 with 6l90e tranny. it has an e38 ecu with service # 12633238. I have wires in locations 22,26,39,40,42, & 54 on the j1 connector. the e38 pinout on lt1swap says that these pins should be empty. I need to know what these wires go to so i can determine if i need to keep them.

Gm service dept for the win! Stopped at my local gm dealer to see what they could come up with. I had the vin # from the donor vehicle. After a couple minutes they were able to print the entire pinout for the ecm. These are the six wires:
22-L.Blu/Blk-Coolant temp sensor #2 Low reference
26-Yel-Brake apply sensor signal
39-L.Grn-Coolant temp sensor signal
40-Wht-Fuel temp/composition signal
42-Brn-Brake apply sensor low reference
54-Wht-Brake apply sensor supply voltage
This way if anyone else runs into this issue, I hope this helps.

I'm doing something similar. I got a 2010 gmc savana 3500 cutaway bus and putting my 53 chevy cab on it and a flatbed on the back. I ordered a standalone harness for it but I read somewhere that the ecm needs to be tuned to get rid of the anti theft? I have a l96 with a 6l90e and e38 ecm. Ide be interested in a walk through of your diy harness if you don't mind.

I haven't quite finished mine yet. Work this summer got in the way. Also just got the new MPVI3 the other day.
I used this diagram from lt1 swap and the pinout from the service dept to pull un needed wires.

Once I get familiar with hptuners I will use that to program the ecm.
