Default Water in catch can?

Is it normal to catch clear water in a catch can? Pulling off the front of both valve covers. No water in the oil---
Is that just condensation? I don't check it very often. New engine, I am just now tuning it so I can take it to the drags next week.
Its a Motion Raceworks dual inlet can with breather on top. I am in Florida, kinda humid

Yes it's condensation. It's even worse in colder regions during engine operation and if you're not dumping it frequently it will make mess of things. Once it gets real hot in the summertime it is not so much of an issue.

As mentioned it's condensation and is normal. If you run E85, there's usually a bunch more.

Thanks guys !!
I had a can on my previous car and it had some oil and gunk, but never clear water. That surprised me.
Good to know. I will keep it drained more often.
