ticket for exhaust:solution? I got pulled over tonite for my exhuast being too loud. Currently, I have 1 3/4in long tubes, SLP ORY, stock piping from the ORY to the single dynomax bullet I have on there right now. It is LOUD
I had planned on getting a true dual setup running off of 1 3/4in long tube headers w/out cats dumped out back w/ 2 dynomax bullet mufflers.
My question is, will a true dual setup be much quieter than the one I have now? I figured with the extra bullet it would tone it down a bit. What about running high flow cats? They are not required around here and if it would significantly hurt performance I'd like to stay away from it. However, if the detriment would be minimal and it would tone it down a bit more then I may go with cats.
I already have the dynomax bullets and I'd rather not have to buy new one's just yet. Will I be alright for a bit or should I just bit the bullet and buy different ones?

i'd put a flo rpo twister in place of the bullet. i went from a bullet to a twister and made it a good deal quieter.

Ok, well if I go with a true dual setup and then something like spintech mufflers, would that be okay? I still want it to be noticably loud, but not ticketable. What are some other good options, borla, etc? I'd trying to keep the price of new mufflers relatively low, so I'd rather not be spending 70-100 per muffler.
Flowmaster 1 chambers got to be cheap, they're pretty damn short/small. That will be loud but not ticketable imo. There are lots more combonations that will work also, this is just one of them.
