Any updates or results yet, whether or not this type of setup makes any more power than the L76 composite intake. Im not going to pay $600 + if I am only going to see 5 -10rwhp.

i am very interested in an L92 carb style intake, as i will be buying one. gmpp looks good, but i'd like to find a taller one as hood clearance will not be a problem for me. maybe edelbrock has will get something done in a couple months before i am ready to buy one.

Is there any real gains over the L76 composite intake? I have yet to see a back to back on this subject.

the only gains i've seen over an L76 are above 5,000 rpm. it appears the ls1 style composite intake is good for low-midrange torque, but has trouble moving air at and above 6,200 rpm. obviously the single plane carb style setup will have no problem feeding the motor some air.

They have a taller one already but you have to cut the plastic piece on the windshied http://www.edelbrock.com/images/home/npb_2008.pdf

you can buy a L92 carb style intake with inkector bungs already there, go buy a fuel rail kit for a LS2, and use injectors for a ls1... its not that hard, oh and for the elbow, i got nitro dave's elbow.

this intake will fit L92 heads? also, i am not using a 4th gen. fbod, so hood clearance is not an issue.

IIRC Car Craft did a back to back test on a 6.0. They did L76, fueled carb and a carb set up.

im tempted to go with the carb style with an elbow, but dont know if the gains up top will be worth the loss down low.

cam is a 240/252 .650/.661 114+3, my car peaks power at about 6200, i know this cam needs to spin higher

look for threads started by Turbogibbs in the dyno section I think. You will find an intake camparo dyno.
