Default LS2 truck to car manifold swap?

Well i was looking at putting a cam and nitrous on the TBSS. I was curious if there would be any gains from going to the car LS2 manifold over the truck style one. also does the truck manifold run the 90mm TB? i was looking at the Nitrous Outlet plate kits, which is why i am curious. They have the LS1 truck/TB (5.3) and LS2 corvett/gto but no LS2 truck. I was thinking of going with the TSP 224R ( TSP XS Series Camshaft: 224/224, .581"/.581" )with the comp 918's. Any opinions on that as well would be nice. Thanks

I know there was an article in HOT ROD magazine about LS2 Truck manifolds compared to LS6 and FAST manifold so maybe go on the website and search that for some info.

go over to performancetrucks.net and read up there. Its a sister site to LS1Tech... I'd recommend leaving the LS2 truck manifold in place. A lot of the GEN III truck guys are going from the GEN III truck to the GEN IV LS2 truck manifold because its a better design and uses a 90mm TB vs the 78mm stocker we have... There's some flow data floating around I'll post up for you but in a nutshell, the LS2 truck manifold flows where you need it to for a truck's weight and the Tq needed because of it... with that said again. I'd leave it as is. and do a nice cam/converter combo and some bottle.

if it were mine I'd go with a 224/228 .585/.598 112+4 (custom grind)... a Yank TBSS3200 converter and a 100/150 shot all day long... it'll easily put you in the 12's in that truck...the LS2 car nitrous plate would work for your truck as well I believe... call them and verify though...
