LS2 with LS6 parts - many engine codes

LS2 with LS6 parts - many engine codes I just got an 05 Caddy CTS-V. The previous owner replaced the blown LS6 motor with an 06 LS2 from a GTO.
However, he re-used several parts from the LS6, TB, MAF, KS, PCM ...etc.
I have a dozen DTC's keeping me from passing inspection.
The car hesitates at 1300 rpms on full throttle, and breaks down again around 4000rpm's and hesitates.
I've read the threads on MAF ...etc. How to find out if larger cubes (LS2) is confusing the MAF/PCM ...etc. thnks

That's not an unusual swap at all. Post the codes for us and we'll try to help you from there

I've got an 05 LS2 with LS6 intake, LS1 coil packs, SVO #30 injectors, mafless tune, 78mm cable TB, LS1 knock sensors......LS1 PCM. Made the knock and cam sensor extensions ourselves.
It fired up and ran fine straight away, but yeah you do need to alter the tune to suit the larger cubes.
Mine hasn't missed a beat in 3 years.
