Default will a ls2 intake fit a lq9

hey guys just wandering if a complete ls2 intake with fuel rails and injectors will fit a lq9 block with 243 heads. Would it have any hp benefits over a ls6 intake also is there any modifications I would have to do to make it work in my 2001 camaro. Any help is appreciated thanks.

You will have to get LS2 Fuel Rails.

I would go with the LS6 Intake, that one yields more power..

you know I have seen alot of talk between the ls6 intake vs the ls2 intake and it seems to be they are very close in performance but the ls6 has it slightly. why I don't remember (I think it had something to do with the floor of the intake)

I'm not sure on most engines but I saw an actual comparison of intakes on an LQ9 and the LS6 and truck intake put down almost identical number. They said it wasn't worth the money to change the truck intake. The LS2 intake actually put down worse numbers than the LS1 intake. Personally I'd go with the LS6 intake or a fast.
