VVT in a L92 Question

VVT in a L92 Question I'm in the process of purchasing a 08 L92 motor with VVT.
Can it be removed and how. I going to be putting it in a 2000 LS1 Camaro. Also what will I need to install it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. jwcej@msn.com

Why are you wanting to remove it???? If you like both bottom end torque and high end horsepower then you doing all wrong. It gives you the best of all worlds!
If you dont want all the advantages of the phaser, buy a 6.0L and save yourself the money.

I don't think it would work with my superchager application. And deal with the computer B.S.
Just wanted it for the heads and the valve sizes with the 376 CI..
But it too much work to do so
