Default is this a good price for a ls2 lq4 engine?

i found a 2003 LQ4 LS2 6.0L with 63,000 miles complete for $850 out of a wrecked denali. Looks pretty clean in the pictures. I have no use for it now, but i've been wanting to buy one for a future project(turbo 78 bandit trans am with a 4l80E). I was wondering if this is a good deal or not.

LQ4,
LS2 are 2 diff. motors
lq4 is a truck engine, iron engine
only truck LS2 came in was TBSS, aluminum engine
they are both 6.0 displacement
there is also another iron 6.0 called a LQ9

ahhh i got a little confused. I was under the impression the iron truck blocks were a lq4 rotating assembly, but was still called a LS2 engine.
