6.2 Denali I'm going to be picking up a new 2008 Denali next week and I'm already thinking about modding it! Can anyone tell me whats involved with getting this engine from 380 HP to the 402 HP tune as in the Escalade? How do you Dyno an AWD Truck?

A good tuner should be able to get the extra 22hp without any trouble.
If you want to keep AFM (active fuel management) but want a little extra power you can install a set of 1.85 rocker arms (SLP and Yellow Terra make a set for L92/L76/LS3 heads).
Open up the exhaust and put a cold air intake on it to get a little more (Shorty Headers if you plan on keeping the warranty).
To sum it up: Longer rocker arms, Shorty Headers, Cold Air intake, and a Tune and you have more then 402hp, probably closer to 450 to 460 (but thats CRANK HP not RWHP).
Now to Dyno you will need to go to a shop that can dyno an AWD vehicle.

+1 on what is listed above. A tune should get you 10+ rwhp as the factory tunes are usually very conservative. Also, toss in full exhaust and a good cold air induction kit and you will most likely exceed your goals. It might be tough finding a GM tuner that has an AWD dyno but you can usually find one by looking for a local import tuner shop as they usually have an AWD dyno and then see if you can have someone tune at their shop.
