Yeah, Kooks has some premade as well. You know, everyone speaks so highly of Kooks, but I am here to tell you, the only set that I have personally dealt with, were crap. A good friend of mine had a Fox Body Mustang, and I put together a 351W based TFS high port motor for him, and I talked him into buying a set of Kooks. When we got them here, they were not even close to being able to fit. We actually sent them back they were so far off, and they send us another set and they were just as bad. They started blaming the Kmember (tubular AJE) and then they said the car probaly had frame damage and anything but their headers. Anyways, I had to take a rosebud to a few of the tubes and super heat them and dimple them, and I had to cut one, slice it, and re weld it to get it to fit. It was a pain the *** I can tell you that. Now, I know their are variance's between cars, but these headers fit like they were made for a Big Block or something other than what we were running. Anyways, I thought I would throw that in there.

How much can the 317's make stock naturally aspirated? I am going to put a good piston and rod in the engine and my compression will be right around 11.2:1 with the 72cc chamber.

wasnt there a cheap build based on a LQ9 truck block, L92 heads, carb intake that made 600 crank hp, I believe it was put in a mustang and ran 9.95 at 136 NA....

Anyone have a link to that by chance...

I would like ot do a CHEAP stock shortblock, stock L92 heads, MSD and carb intake to get 600 hp...I also remember they had to flycut the pistons due to the cam they ran...
