Stripped a headstud nut need help asap!
Stripped a headstud nut need help asap! Taking my old head's off the car and I stripped the nut for one of my head studs not the block but the black 13mm nut. I must have had the wrech at a bad angle or something because the rest came off fine. Has any one done this or have any idea how to get the nut off?

Just taking a stab at this but if theres anyway to grind at the headbolt depending on which one it is with either a dremel or air tool to flaten down some and pound a 1/2in socket onto it and try that or just try hitting the 1/2 in on. You said its a 13mm so a 1/2in is actually slightly smaller but not by much and hopefully you can get it loose. Worse case you mess up a socket but it the bolt out. Good luck
