Stock internals good for???

Stock internals good for??? Im sure this topics been beat to death, but search no worky.
What kind of power can the stock internals take. Im looking to get about 450rwhp but then i want to spray a 200 shot on top of that. Im pretty sure i'll at least have to upgrade my pistons. not sure if the rods and crank will handle 600rwhp or not. im new the the ls motors...

And what the differnece between a LQ4 and LQ9??
