Try SDPC2000.com,
You can put anything you like into a 2001 Silverado as long as you have the money.
You will need a 24x to 58x converter to control it from the Gen 3 PCM though and a few wiring alterations for the cam sensor, knock sensors etc.
You'd get a pretty tough bored and stroked Iron 6-litre block for less money though.
These go to 408cid easily.
