Moroso ls1 oil pump???

so yesterday i went and picked up my ls3 from the engine shop, and we talked for a few minutes about it and he showed me a moroso ls1/ls6 oil pump, ive never heard of one before but i was wondering if anyone on here had one or knew if they were any good... it claimed 18% volume increase... the catalog he showed me wanted alottt for it though. oh yea the motor has an lg g6x3 cam, dual valve springs, yella terra rollers and we milled the heads a little

I was hoping it would clear a double row chain but from what I found it doesn't.
