Thermostat Help finding 160 Degree

Could anyone recommend a brand / part number for a LS2 160 degree thermostat my local auto part store was no help matching me up with anything .....i have a Street & Performance 45 degree housing ...stock 190 fit fine.

chain store ...accessable would be nice (Autozone, Car Quest, Pep Boys, Murrys)
