Default Crank is locked..

I just finished up with the valvetrain on my Lq4 and started it up today. It sounded really good but stopped running after about 5 seconds or so after i reved it to about 2,000. I checked my crank and it doesn't budge. It definitely didnt sound like anything broke internally because it just died abruptly. Does anybody know why the crank wont move??

I'm not sure someone else was in the car. But do you really need oil pressure if the car is only on for 5 seconds? Does it have that effect?
