Default LS2 rotating assembly into a LQ4???

LS2 rotating assembly (crank, rods, & pistons) into a LQ4 block...will it drop right in or will some modification/changes be required?
Help is appreciated, thanks.

That's the same question I just posted, but you're doing the opposite. I need an alum block to get weight out of the car. Is your block junked?

No, just might get a rotating from someone stroking out their LS2.

It takes a bit more than just dropping it in place.
need to check and verify and diameters, clearances of mains, rods. etc.
the crank stroke, rods, are the same
and compresion height is all within the the same range as the lq4.

Well I was going to have the rotating assembly installed and balanced at a machine shop with new rings and bearings...
