cam opinions/suggestions
cam opinions/suggestions bout to do my cam swap this month. I was planning on getting a 228/228 custom grind comp cam. Ive got a 3600 yank converter, LT's, TD's, p&p TB, ls6 intake, 3.73's, and tuned. Im getting this cam b/c i know its a VERY well street mannered cam that i can drive like i do with the stock cam.
Now, with that said, do you think i can go a little bigger with the SAME driveability?? I mean NO surging, no crazy time to warm up, smooth as silk. I want it to sound good but most of all, want it to perform and still feel like a DD (even though its not my DD) If you have opinions/suggestions, give me a detailed cam spec including lsa please. thanks
