check engine light need help with codes

so i put on long tubes around 40,000 miles ago deleted my air,egr,cats. Also deleted the codes out. Never had a problem with the light on. My car started running rough at idle and the check engine light came on. Scanned it and came up with
p0405
p0412
p0418
p1153

p0412,p0405,p0418 should be deleted but do they still show up in a scan? but just not trigger the light? and p1153 is a bad 02 sensor correct? sorry just trying to make sure i am getting this right. thanks
