will ls2 pistons and rods work in my lq4 block the pistons are out of an 06 goat

im just going to run a stock ls6 cam .550 lift will i still have to fly cut

Nope, you will be fine, but it would be cheaper now so later when you get bored and want to more power you can just put a cam in and go.
