Default Boring LS2 block ???

How far can you bore a LS2 block? I'm trying to decide on putting all my 408 parts in a LS2 aluminum block or putting them in a iron block. Any help would be appreciated.

They say 4.020 is max for LS2 but i've personally done 4.030 for a few buddies and they all spray 150 shots of nos and have had no problems for a couple of years now.

That's cool. I didn't think you could bore an LS2 block that much and be safe. I plan on spraying a 200 to 250 shot with it. I'd really like to use the LS2 block to save weight.

I have a LS2 bored .030" and run a 300 shot duel stage fogger, for over three years now with no problems at all.
