You can just find a small freeze plug that fits from your local auto part store.Thats what I did.

Thank you for the responses guys!

Ended up finding one after a couple of stops at different stores.

Carquest had them under this part number: DOR 555-115 (expansion plug) @ .50 cents ea. (It's a Dorman part).
