There are a number of companys using an actual break in oil. I know joe gibbs, and i believe royal purple has them. From what ive heard and read you should at least use conventional oil for a few hundred miles then you can change over, it gives a motor time to wear in. I could be wrong but maybe someone else can chime in.

well i started with some penzoil motor oil 10 30 regular oil for start up and did 10 warm ups to little it cycle. Now i drained it out and put 0w30w gc oil with a mobil one filter. Should i change it to something else HKE told me i wouldnt need a break becuase of how they build there motors but just trying to some other opinions

We ran straight Penzoil 30w for break in. But now they have much better break in oils on the market. Brad Penn, Comp Cams, Joe Gibbs, Royal Purple and so on. I'd go with some of those oils that are meant for breaking in an engine.
Get some time on the engine and before you switch, get a leak down tester and check each cylinder. If you are more than 5% I'd say keep running it a little bit longer, to let everything seat in a little better.
The leaddown gage never lies!
