Head Gaskets
Head Gaskets So I'm a bit of a cheap bastard, and was wondering about head gaskets.
I have a 5.3, and I need two new head gaskets as I pulled the heads off of my motor to change lifters etc.
Just wondering do I need specific 5.3 head gasket, or will ones from a 5.7, or 6.0 or anything work? I only ask because a friend of mine has an LS1 5.7 head gasket that he would give me for free.
