head dowel pins

where can i get head dowel pins? i only need 1 and the dealers are all out of stock and want me to buy a box of them.

The part number is 12570326 and they are sold individually, so I don't understand why a dealer would say that you have to order them in bulk.
GM shows stock available in quite a few warehouses.
