TF CNC 225 flow over .600?

TF CNC 225 flow over .600? I have a cam that has .651 lift. every where I have looked, i can find flow numbers over .600. does the flow drop off, is that why? does anyone know what the flow numbers are for the TFS cnc 225cc heads at .650 and .700?
