cutouts Hey Folks,
I have TA 2002 and i'm thinking of installing cutouts, i need your advise folks, if i installed the cutouts will i lose or gain any HP ??? and what is the best to install mufflers or cutouts, i don't want a loud sound because it's illegal in my country to install loud mufflers

stock muffler and cutouts that allow you to open partially are your best bet.
You can open them completely for really loud and partially for a lil noise.
If you do get pulled over, close the cutout and visually the car looks like it just has a stock muffler.

i mean i didn't see any quit mufflers in the market
