I bet with a cam swap this thing could make close to 600rwhp and im sure all the places that offer porting for ls7 heads could do it on these heads lots of potienal in this motor for a very good price. I think ill be looking into this maybe runing it with a bigger cam and ported fast.

Great comments and yes I almost want to keep it as a decoration in my garage, hell living room if my wife wouldn't kill me.

The 620HP rating from GM is conservative for one, but with the intake from Cary at Performance Induction Specialties, it should make quite a bit more even with the cam it comes with.

600 RWHP should be possible with a cam swap. The heads flow like crazy as cast: 370+ CFM. CNC versions I'm told flow well over 400 CFM.

This is going in a 1977 Chevy Monza that weighed 2990 without driver with a BIG BLOCK. I'm hoping to lose maybe 150 lbs.

Almost looks like a factory option engine, but with alot of car-show type of accessories.

Very Nice. That was the same thing I had planne dto do with my coil packs, didn't think anyone had done it yet, lol.
