Default having electric QTP cutouts problem

hi

i´m running new dual QTP 3" cutouts on my Vette running few months and it has been no problem, but then one time after i opened it, the light on the switch went off and the fuse wire was burnt a bit but not torn apart, but i installed new fuse, and the light came on..... but as soon as i tried to close the damn thing the light went off... so what can this be?

please let me know what you think
hope the motors are not destroyed on a new kit.....

thanks

It's probably a junk motor. Lots of people have had problems with QTP electric cutouts if you do a search. Big surprise another QTP product is crap. You could try calling then for replacement fix, but they will probably tell you its the price you pay for performance lol

Check to see if you have a pinched wire some where. Replace with only a 1amp fuse. contact us at sales@quicktimeperformance.com
