Default Need some help

First let me say hi I am a newbie to LS1TECH.
Ok I'm coming to you guys with this. I will try to make it short, I installed a cam (228R) and ever since I have had this noise sounds like a bad idler pulley or even a procharger (check vid below) and no I did not have this before the cam install. I have removed the belts and still have the noise and from what we can tell is coming from the timing cover. At this point the car has come back apart to inspect for damage have found no damage and the only thing I could find well was told by Chevy the cam was cut wrong. Well I went with that and sent the cam out to be checked just got off the phone with them today and was told all was ok.
Some other quick info, did NOT change oil pump, timing chain, or timing gears. the only thing I did was cam, push rods, and springs and sound started the second I fired up the car.
So my question is did I miss something?
