Comp Cams XR281HR13 in LS3?
Comp Cams XR281HR13 in LS3? I've got a 2010 Camaro SS I'm camming....car currently has a Roto-Fab CAI & Kooks 1 7/8 LTs and cats.
I know there are larger cams, but piston to valve clearance is important to me. I don't have plans for any headwork with this cam install, so it's important the cam and the valvetrain make nice...you know for those inevitable missed shifts @ high RPMs
Thoughts from the cam wizards here on this choice?
Comp specs the XR281HR13 as .571/.590 228/240 on a 113 LSA.

Some of the vette guys have had great results with a 230/234 114 while still maintaning excellent driveabilty. Not sure if this grind is out of the catalog, but you could easily call comp cams and request it.
