Default Oil Pressure

Hey there guys, I had a drop in oil pressure with the 10w60 oil , its was after 6000 rpm... I logged using hp tuners, after changing the oil to 0w40 the gauge in the truck looked better it was exaclty in the middle @ idle and goes up... But I haven't logged it to check accurately yesterday I was reading in the forms that the lifters I have are recommended for adjustable valve terrain... 0.02-0.06 preload as the guy said... I have these lifters on instead of the vvt... Comp RS 875-16 with 7.4 chromolly pushrods... Is it maybe the lifters that are causing the problem? I dnt think the mechanics adjusted the preload maybe just put them in like they are replacement lifters... im using the stock oil pump..

will this solve the problem.. LS7 lifters , Melling oil pump , change the LS3 timing chain to cloyes to be in the safe side cause they break from what i heard..

thanks guys..
