LS7 pushrods are they 3/8 or 5/16 ?

Default LS7 pushrods are they 3/8 or 5/16 ?

a friend of mine is having a problem he got a mustang LX with LS7 in it he's running 7.7" pushrods and the rockers are ticking then he measured with pushrod checker and found it he needs 7.75" but he dont know if the LS7 pushrods are 3/8 or 5/16 and which one is better in a high compression LS7 ?

Default LS7 Pushrods

The stock LS7 purshrods are 3/8" in diameter.

had some at 7,400 did good.

7.4" is the stock length for most Gen 3/4, but 7.8" is correct for the LS7 stock push rods.

Manley part # 25832-8 is 7.75" long and part # 25787-8 is 7.8" long. Both are 4130 .080 3/8" diameter. They're packaged in boxes of 8.
