Here is the cfm data for a set of stock LS7 heads;

Lift --Intake --Exhaust

.300--246 cfm--174 cfm

.400--302 cfm--200 cfm

.500--343 cfm--211 cfm

.550--358 cfm--216 cfm

.600--360 cfm--220 cfm

Flow is extremely good stock and the Ls7 heads have a 70cc combustion chamber giving a 11.0:1 compression. Also has giant 2.20 inch intake valve.

To go from a 11:1 to 14:1 you would need a 46cc chamber which wouldn't be possible since you would need to mill around 0.168 off. You would need different pistons ect.
