What is one of the better setups i can go with with this block goal is 600 rwhp ill take any an all input

Im lookin to run like a 408 or 416 im wantin alil size with around 11.5 or 12 to 1 compretion

408 combinations making 600rwhp with less then 12:1 and I assume hydraulic roller are very rare.
