R19100 5 is a .005" over file fit for a 4.0" bore. 1/16, 1/16, 3/16 thickness with a std. D-wall radial thickness. Be sure your piston's ring grooves are the same.

R19112 5 is a .005" over file fit for a 4.0" bore. 1.5mm, 1.5mm, 3.0mm thickness with a std. D-wall radial thickness. Be sure your piston's ring grooves are the same.

If you have a Diamond piston set up for 1.5mm, 1.5mm, 3.0mm you will need to place an OPEN STOCK ring order for an additional 2nd ring set with the correct radial thickness along with the R19112 Hellfire set. Part number is 8- RBT10230 plus over size (5, 35, 45, 65), so for a .005" over file fit 2nd ring it would be 8-RBT102305. Or you can order all of your rings OPEN STOCK to save waste. You just need a Speed Pro catalog (available at FederalMogul.com) for $5.00.

The radial thickness on the 1st and 2nd rings in a R19100 set are roughly .185". The radial thickness on the 1st and 2nd rings in a R19112 set are .156" TOP and .178 for the Second.

The RBT10230 Second ring has a narrow radial thickness of roughly .162" for the Diamond shelf pistons.

Hope this helps.
