What pistons sould i buy? ls2 procharged
Hey everyone, IM building a ls2 with a d1sc procharger 3.4 pulley.. 243 heads What pistons and rods should i buy? When it comes to pistons: what can i get away with bore size with out sleeving the ls2 aluminum block. I was thinking a 4.005 bore is safe but is a 4.010 fine as well.. Next wat dish piston should i run: i was thinking somewhere between -11cc to -15cc. Also, what brand should i run... ? Last, what rods should i run brand wise? 6.125 length. Thanks

dont know if u wanna a stroker kit but this seems like a great package with the low compression and can handle pretty much everything you throw at it

I would recommend grabbing a wiseco piston with a callies compstar rod. Wiseco offers a 4.005" with a -11cc that would give you a good compression ratio with your stock ls6 heads. That piston and rod setup with an ARP main stud kit in the bottom end would have you good on strength for quite awhile.
