Question Need help in determining the piston specs for my setup?

I am changing my setup once again, lol....

I was going to build a 415 stroker with the LQx block I have, but I just picked up a LS1 with Darton MID wet sleeves so now the C.I. went up a tad bit to 450c.i.

So now my pistons, that I already have, will not work! It'd be like screwing a well aged French ***** with a vienna sausage, lol...

I have the stroker assembly (crank, rods, pistons) already, but the pistons are a .005, and the 450 calls for a .165 piston.

So how do I spec the pistons? I know the head cc, rod length and crank stroke come into play, but how do I determine the C.R. or anything else?

I want an 11:1cr and I might run a 200-/+ shot of Nozzz... what else...?

Stroker Specs:

Crank: 4.125
Rods: 6.125
Heads: Not sure, but they are the Stg2 L92 WCCH

Thanks for the help guys!!!

There are some online calculators for dynamic and static compression. I spend a lot of time there before buying pistons so I know all of the specs. If that is too much work, call Nick at Diamond pistons, he can calculate all of the height and dome/dish that you need. Just determine what C/R you want and give him a call. I bought two sets from him and was impressed with the support.
