will an ls1 crank work in an lq9?

I bought a complete lq9 and just thought I wanted the block, so I sold everything off it... and of coarse I had to change my mind

. now I want to just slap another one in there and put it in the car, my question is, is the ls1 and an lq9 crank the same? I think I heard its different on the back where the seal is but would it make any difference?

They are both a 3.622" stroke and the LS1 crank will install into the LQ9 block.
