I will be running a D1SC procharger on my stock displacement/stock heads LS1. I will be running a "typical" blower cam, I haven't decided specs yet, with the complimenting valve springs.
Is there any reason to upgrade the lifters from stock with this type of set up that is mainly a street car that only gets to the track a couple times a year.
I want a solid valve train on the other hand I probably wont spin it much higher than stock.
Let me know what you guys think.

Whats different about the design that makes them better than the LS1 lifters. I am sure the design had to change to expand the rpm range for the LS7.
