LS7 Block Dipstick Drill Jig question
I am converting my LT1 powered F Body to Gen IV Power. Thats right, I am installing a wet sump LS7 and need to drill the block for the Dipstick.
Where can i get the drill jig used to drill in the appropiate angle and what dipstick should I use?
Thanks for any advise.

Drill the hole in the boss, then use the dipstick that matches your oil pan. You'll be fine without a jig, just mic the dipstick to figure out what size bit to use.
Put grease on the drill bit to catch drill shavings so that none find their way into the bottom end.

Thanks for the replies guys i appreciate it. I did search a bit and found this photo published by HOT ROD where they mentioned the Jig availiable from TechAFX but the site does not seem to be working. I think I will go ahead and drill it then. I guess that by drilling at a right angle on the center of the boss surface I should be OK then
Well I went for it without the drill jig, just drilling thru the center of the boss with the appropiate drill sizes and it came out real good:

Callies 4"stroke crank, compstar H beam rods, Mahle pistons, ARP, etc
