As the title says. I've been out of the game for a while. I will most likely be adding a D1SC Procharger and a nice blower cam. Shooting for 10 psi and at least 900 RWHP.

I would concur with the MAST recommendation if money is no object.

That being said, you probably will need more than 10 lbs of boost to get 900 rwhp. May want to consider going to an F series blower as well. Recommend you post this in the FI section - lots of guys there running AFR 225's with well over 10 lbs of boost.

Good thing money is not a problem - 900 rwhp in reliable form is going to consume a bunch of it.

Just about anything Mast for heads, and Accufab, Mast, Marcella, or Wilson for TB's and intake manifolds.

Mast looks like the way to go for heads. Those Wilson billet intakes look absolutely sick! The F1 would be too much for the motor I think. It's still a street car and a D1 would be more fitting.

I saw them. I need something that looks like it belongs on a show car. Like this one.

The Marcella is more raw and looks like it belongs on a race car.

Mast has a splayed valve head coming out for LS3, looks promising for 4.000" bore.

Does anyone know how much the MAST Splayed Valve LS3 heads will cost? I wanted a 4.0 bore LS7 head but these look pretty nice. It says the port volume is smaller than their medium bore LS3 while flowing more @ lower lifts.

900+wheel with a D1SC is not going to happen. Bottom line. You need an F1 atleast. And am F1 would be fine for street use.

The Wilson DOES belong on a show car...because it doesn't work on a performance car..

I don't know anyone who hasn't been pretty dissapointed in the results with that manifold.

thats kinda what i was thinking, your going to spend a ton on heads and intake and spin that little d1 for all its glory and probably be disappointed with the results. I think you are better off scaling back your goals in terms of power or investing more in a better headunit.

Wilson Manifolds is one of the vey best in the business as is Marcella and HRE.
If the cnc look is what you're after then that leaves Marcella out of the mix.
Both HRE and Wilson use a combination of cnc and sheetmetal on their Manifolds.

That Manifold in the picture is only one example of what Wilson makes. You would need to call them and go over your build so that the correct Manifold design can be made. This goes with ANY custom Manifold regardless of who you purchase it from...

Mozel. With a mast 2 piece 4500 intake.

If you have not seen them then you are missing out.

D1 will most likely not do what you want. The inlet temps are insane with one.

Turbo for the win

You should look up Bob at Brute Speed for recommendations on the blower. Many F series used on street cars, just recognize they are a lot louder than D series.

I think you need to talk to a few people and set out your goals as despite your thread title I'm sure there is some kind of budget. If not send me some money and the rest of the pics from your sig.

LOL, great idea!

I've been thinking about it and talked it over with some more knowledgeable builders. I want the F1, but I thought it was going to be too big and wild for street use on a 402. I know the F1 is louder, that's exactly what I want. The sheetmetal intakes are nice, but I will lose low end only to gain power over 6000. Not worth it considering its a street car. I want reliability and streetablity.

My options:

Use my 402, F1, 225cc heads,blower cam, Fast intake.

Save money, sell my 402, build a 427, F1, 245cc heads, blower cam, Fast intake.
