DOD valley cover?

I'm new to LS motors. And I'm trying to find out if my 2009 5.3 is a DOD motor. Below is a pic of my valley cover. Are these cylinders DOD related?

Ohh yea..........get rid of it and get rid of those lifters, use an Ls7 or comp or Lunati and morels with the linkbars. Just my .02 just get rid of them but keep the VVT if you have it.
