4.125 x 4.1 with new lsx wcch heads
comp 227/243-113 lsr cam
Darton ls2 block
6 speed.
Dyno logs show g/cyl flatlining around 3500+ rpm, MAP is good at near Barro throughout so not intake restriction, ie 98kpa min. Barro was 101 from memory.
Engine eats loads of oil and blows smoke, so possible pcv or maybe ring issue.
Does this dyno help identify the issue? Would bad rings or pcv cause the flatline?

Next steps vent to atmos to eliminate pcv system from blowing into intake.
Then comp and leakdown test
Any more thoughts and observations appreciated.
1. Cam degree'd properly?
2. CR?
3. How much timing?
4. AFR?
5. Proper length pushrods?
If all of those are correct - it's leak down time.
I think leakdown is a good idea anyway.
Posted elsewhere and most posts confirm the my thoughts. Time to work through the list methodically
