Would be nice to know what the torque was at peak HP......
It would probably be cheaper to buy the LSX454 do a cam and heads swap even if you went with the DR heads and cam and then sold the LSX LS7 heads off i think the price jump is just way too high. I thought it would have been more around the 15-16k range.
Also the ad isn't very clear as to if you get the intake manifold and dominator carb.
Its the exact same bottom end as the lsx454 so i just cant see the value in 23k.
rocker covers look trick but i aint paying 23k for rocker covers to have an R on them...lol

i still think it would be cheaper to buy the LSX454 sell the cam, heads complete from valves to roller rockers, lifters, pushrods.
And then buy the other DR parts or better still by edelbrock or Mozez heads and intake.
