LS7 cam in my LS2?

My buddy just did a cam swap in his Z06. I was wondering if his stock cam would go into my LS2, and if there would be any benefit to the swap?

Yes it would be, just like putting a smallish aftermarket cam in your car.

But you're still going to need to upgrade several things, so why bother with all the work and cost only to put a small cam in there?

If you're going to do all that work, might as well get a new cam...what are they like 300 bux?
