does the oil pickup o-ring match the pick up tube or the pump, my friend is putting a gto oil pan and pick up in an lq4 truck engine, does he need the regular o-ring or the truck o-ring????? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it matches the pickup tube if I remember correctly

Yes it matches the pickup tube. The ID of the pumps inlet are all the same.
